New Place, New Way of Life

Hey~

Feels ages since my last update here...

Recap on what has happened:
I'm already on an exchange program for a year, so right now I'm still doing my YouTube things =) Though it's a bit more of a challenge to carry it out.

I should have actually made a post for my previous vlogging vid. Wonder why I never did..

After so long, I've managed to touch a grand piano, and practice on it... The feeling of it is so surreal. Immensely wonderful. As promised, I have made Fate/Apocrypha ED Full Desir already. I was a little tense when recording it since I've practically never touched an analog piano for ages. IT WAS JUST SO GOOD.

So yep~ I'll still be doing what I used to be, and I hope to see you again.

Alright so here're some news.

My time has come to leave for my exchange program. ( I mentioned this some time ago...  Anybody remembered lol ?) And I'll be away from my home country for about a year. 

I am a nobody, but I am really wishing to be somebody. A "somebody" in which I can be happy as. Cliché af, but I wanna continue practicing/playing anime songs. I could do more Chinese songs for my Chinese listeners too, in fact I should... Ooops.

Anyway, I've come to a point in my music development where I cannot stop doing what I'm doing on YouTube. 

Yea sure Im just one of the small fries small fish in the net, and my vids aren't getting much attention. But some how, whenever I'm done with an anime song, even if it goes quite poorly in the views, I still feel accomplished, something that most other genres just won't give.  Repeatedly doing this eventually made me realize that I want, and I love, to play anime music. And I wanna keep doing it.

I want to continue regardless, because it is the only way to realize my dream of going on this YouTube journey, a dream that only recently I realized I want it very badly. 

A dream to be my country's BEST ANIME PIANIST. 

I want that. I really want that. Even if I cannot achieve international fame, at the very least, let me be a jaguh kampung. 

At least, I want to be great on the soil that I was born on.

My last video before heading away, it's Fate/Apocrypha ED - Désir by GARNiDELiA!

It's just sooo nice to hear GARNiDELiA's voice. And I thought only Kalafina could pull off the type of melancholic songs. Gladdd to have that goddess around~

HAHA I remembered I used to joke around saying GARNiDELiA's name as GARDENiLiA, which is 99% similar to the bread brand GARDENIA~ XD

My Last Sheets...

Hey fam!

I've been busy catching with my sheets for the past week, and I have managed to finish all my sheets that I said I would make. In total I finished 3 sets of sheets, and it's a triple whammy this time!

1) Koe No Katachi ED - Koe Wo Shita No Wa 

A rather straight forward song, it just might be a little long. Very original to the actual ending.

2) Koe No Katachi OST - lit

Oh, I experimented a bit on adding more runs to this piece, and I'd say it turned out rather well! ^^|||

3) Boku No Hero Academia OP 1 - THE DAY

****, this is my favourite sheet. Exactly the way I wanted, and a very SATISFYING WORK!! 10/10 pls~ However I couldn't note the ending very well cuz of the software limitation... You'll see in the sheets what I mean. 

Unfortunately I couldn't get the feelings right for YOU CAN BE A HERO, a song that I will play when the conditions are right... =(((((

So my next work will be Désir, Fate Apocrypha ED instead.  =D

My Hero Academia - GO BEYOND! PLUS ULTRA!

Holy shieeettttt. Boku Hero Academia is ONE GOOD STUFF. IT is reallly good stuff. Oh shieeett my fanboying still isn't dead. The slapsticks, the funny moments all had me in stitches~ 

This was HILARIOUS. 

Boku Hero Academia, or My Hero Academia, why did I not watch you earlier? It's so goodddd...

Anyway, I've finished catching with the series until the latest episode, and now I'm just waiting for the rest of series to finish. In the meantime, I've started watching Fate/Apocrypha and I gotta say, tis Fate series has quite a weird way of dealing with their Servants. Worry not, ain't gonna be spoilers here. 

Back to My Hero Academia... Oh man the feels were real. It was just into 2 episodes then everything just got leaky. So anime has worked its magic again. Hey I still cry a bit everytime I watch that scene. 

So it's late again, out of hype already and tons of people have already done their own arrangements. Here's my humble arrangement for Boku Hero Academia My Hero Academia Season 1 Opening - THE DAY. 

I'll do one more video, then I'll start catching up on my sheets again. Till then, GO BEYOND PLUSSSSS ULTRAAAAAAAAA!!!!

Another forgotten post after my last video zzz

OK I'M HERE!

My last video was Lit, an OST from Koe No Katachi.

I called that "The Tune of Redemption". 

Why?

Well, I could relate to it in terms of owing up to mistakes that have been made, and also feel that my struggles now could be the result of my not owing up to some mistakes I committed when I was younger. Who knows? Karma is real after all...

It's really a heartwarming anime, the feels and all. Just watch it. It'll be worth your time.

PLUS, my next video will see me GOING BEYOND, and PLLLLUUSSSSS ULLLLTRRRAAAAA!!!!!

Koe No Katachi

A Silent Voice.

Looks like I haven't been really following my 'one-video-one-post' scheme hehe...

Apart from Eromanga Sensei and I Want Summer (Jay Chou) sheets I made last week, I also made an arrangement for Koe No Katachi ED - Koe Wo Shita No Wa .

Koe No Katachi... One of the few animes that even non anime fans ought to watch. You don't have to be into anime to watch this, you just need to have a heart. Feel the emotions, feel the hardships, feel the struggles. After all, watching anime is all about feeling and relating to the characters. Comparing this to Kimi No Nawa ( Your Name ), I'd say I prefer Koe No Katachi. 

I had really wanted to watch it when it was released, but I just didn't have the time to juggle between studies, making videos, and watching anime. T_T. Glad to say I made time for myself and I finally managed to watch it.

Watching it reminds me that karma will always come back. Whether you've done bad things in the past or now, it will eventually come back to you. The anime was simply wonderful. 

You gotta watch it. You just have to. Koe No Katachi. Remember the name~ 

Still got ways to improve...
